Refund Policy

Sacred Living Space provides access to digital educational courses and recorded learning materials.

Because access to digital course content is granted immediately after a successful purchase, course purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

We encourage you to review the course description carefully before purchasing to make sure the course is suitable for you.

A refund may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You paid successfully but were unable to access the course due to a technical issue on our side that we were unable to resolve.
• The course purchased was materially different from the course described at the time of purchase.
• A refund is required by applicable law.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by contacting Sacred Living Space and providing your name, email address, order number, and the reason for your request.

Refunds will not normally be provided where:

• You have changed your mind after gaining access to the course.
• You have watched or accessed a substantial portion of the course.
• You purchased the wrong course without contacting us before accessing the material.
• You are unable to complete the course due to personal circumstances.
• You disagree with or no longer wish to continue with the course after accessing its content.

Where a refund is approved, we will aim to process it back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Sacred Living Space reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
